EXTERIOR PAINT
FULL EXTERIOR REPAINT
Mesa, Arizona | Senior Living Facility
Full exterior repaint, stucco repair, and patio restoration
The Arizona sun is hard on a building. Over time it fades paint, dries out caulk, and opens small cracks in stucco that let the weather in. This senior living facility in Mesa was ready for a full refresh. Crush is repainting the entire exterior and repairing what’s underneath, so the property looks right and stays protected for years to come.
What we’re doing
Getting the surfaces ready. Paint only lasts as long as the surface under it. We power wash everything that will be painted, scrape away loose paint, and sand where needed. We repair stucco across the property, prime every repair, and touch up the caulking.
Repainting every building. Every previously painted surface gets two coats of Sherwin-Williams paint. That includes the buildings, the stucco columns, the decorative fencing, and the pool fence. Metal railings, stairs, and exterior doors get a tougher, industrial-grade enamel made to hold up to daily use. Before we start, ownership approves the colors by looking at painted mockups on the building itself, so there are no surprises when the work is done. Anything that isn’t being painted is covered and protected.
Cleaning up the details. We’re taking down the old decorative wood lattice on the third floor and patching the stucco behind it, so the walls read as one clean surface.
Restoring the patios. We strip the old paint from the stamped concrete patios and apply a solid-color concrete stain with a slip-resistant grip. The patios look new again and are safer underfoot.
Why it matters
Paint is a building’s first line of defense. Once it fails, sun and water go to work on the stucco and metal underneath, and the repairs get bigger and more expensive. Fixing the surfaces before we paint protects the property. For the residents who live there, it also means a home that looks cared for, and patios that are safer to walk on.
